A W'All Levels yoga class that can be easily split up into two 30 minute practices to bookend you day. Even experienced yoga lovers will enjoy the rich learnings contained in this practice.
Part One uses the reassuring stability of the wall to enhance sun salutations and variations of your favourite standing postures.
Part Two moves away from the wall, and builds upon the foundations from part one.
Props required: Wall
