Todays challenging vinyasa flow class is stripped back to just the bare minimum in terms of verbal cues. Class meanders through dynamic sun salutations, several rounds of empowering core work and longer holds in tricky places of balance. Plenty of space is given in each posture for quiet reflection and deep integration of body and breath. Class concludes with a seated meditation.
A note: This class begins with a short inquiry into the question - What is Yoga? Feel free to skip ahead to Chapter 2 (starting at 7:00) to begin the physical practice if your time is limited.
A bolster or folded blanket will be useful for the final meditation.
