45 minutes of balanced flow, and a lovely 10-minute rest in savasana. Join me in your coziest tracksuit or pyjamas: this is a great class for stay-at-home winter evenings (when you can’t really be bothered to practice but know you should 😉). You’ll need healthy wrists as there is some work in plank and downward dog to build heat.
