Yin Yoga creates a sense of spaciousness through ones entire system - body and mind. This is a very stretchy style of yoga, but remember floor based postures held for a duration of several minutes does not necessarily mean easy!

Props Required: 2 rolled blankets or big towels, OR 1 rolled blanket and one yoga bolster.

Correction: I misnamed the final pose as 'shoelace pose'. This is incorrect, in yin yoga it is sometimes called 'straddle pose'. (Did you know that a side effects of a great yin practice is that it may interfere with your linguistic skills? 😂).
